If you're looking for a secure, mobile email solution for your business, our shared Microsoft Exchangeâ„¢ Email plans present the perfect solution. MS Exchangeâ„¢ lets organizations both large and small to reap the benefits of using Exchange accounts in conjunction with Microsoft Outlook, without having to invest in the costly infrastructure themselves.

MS Exchange allows you to have multiple versions of MS Outlook all synced (Laptop, Desktop, Phone, & Web Mail). This means if you send an email from MS Exchange on any of these devices it will show up in sent items automatically in all the devices. Also, your calendar, tasks, notes, shared folders, etc will all be synced.

MS Exchange pricing is $15 per month per user and includes MS Outlook 2007 licensing.

If you require configuration, it is billed at $75 per hour. We can sync your outlook with your phone as well. Configurations with a desktop and laptop usually run 1 hour, while configurations with a desktop, laptop, and phone usually run about 2 to 3 hours.

We offer two plans for content management.

1. Do-It-Yourself - For $19 / mo you can use our online content management software to help keep your website maintained. We need to do know you want this service during the design of your website. This software is very easy to use (very much like MS Word) and can be accessed from any MS Internet Explorer web browser.
    
2. Use-Our-Help - Priced as needed - Some changes (such as navigational changes) you cannot do with the Do-It-Yourself plan because the software locks down the outside navigation portion of your website. This is mainly done so you can't mess up your website during updates. With this plan you will receive 1 hour of help each month (must be used each month). We can help train you on how to do-it-yourself or make the changes for you.

• Format and clean your entire hard drive from spyware. We will make your computer fast again! We charge a flat rate of $250 for this service.
  • You are responsible for backing up your data when you give us the computer
  • Additional cost of $75 per hour for us backing up your data as well as migrating data back on the computer
• General computer troubleshooting
  • $75 per hour, however, you don't pay unless we fix it!
• We do not offer printer support
• Setup new computer and 1 hour of training - $250
• Setting up a wireless network - $250
• Data recovery - If your hard drive crashed, do not attempt to use it! By trying to, it will write data over your existing data that we may be able to recover. Our data recovery is a flat fee of $500 for basic recovery. However, if we do not recover your data, there is no charge.
